By placing an order on gathri.in you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected].
Who you're buying from
Orders on gathri.in are sold by Gathri Company Private Limited, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We buy each item from its original seller in Indore and resell it to you, in the seller's sealed pack. We run the website, take the payment and ship the parcel.
What Gathri is
Gathri is a reseller, not a manufacturer. Each item is made and packed by the seller named on its pack, under that seller's own FSSAI licence. It reaches you in the seller's original sealed pack, inside our courier mailer.
Prices and availability
Prices include applicable taxes and are in Indian Rupees (₹). Availability depends on the seller's daily stock — an item shown as available may sell out for the day. If that happens after your payment goes through, that line is refunded automatically and the rest of your order ships as normal.
Use of the site
Use the site for genuine personal or gifting orders. Don't scrape the catalogue at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or use our brand mark and copy elsewhere without our written permission.
Payments
All orders are prepaid; we don't offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets are supported. We don't see or store your card details.

Liability
Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you actually paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, a delayed gift). Each item carries its seller's ingredient and allergen information on the original pack — please check it before eating. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Complaints
If something went wrong with your order, write to [email protected] first — include your order ID and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with our answer, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer (also listed on our Contact page):

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes go to the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, dated below.
